Belgian Owl

Driven by the ambition to do justice to an Exceptional Terroir, we began an epic adventure by signing a pact with nature and creating a unique Single Malt Whisky. Proud of its Hesbaye Terroir, Belgian Owl is committed to a fair trade partnership with the region’s farmers while practicing sustainable cultivation for two-row spring barley which will become the Single Malt.

Water, the second essential element in the creation process, is pumped directly to the distillery from a depth of more than 38 meters. Under the layer of topsoil and limestone, rainwater has been percolating for centuries, making it exceptionally pure... In order to carry on the old traditions, two authentic Scottish stills have been brought over from the old Caperdonich distillery in Speyside, Scotland.

The only one of its kind, Belgian Owl embodies a raw passion for creating a distinguished product made from the purest natural resources and crafted with authenticity in order to push back the limits of the art of distillation and incorporate the wisdom of Nature.
